The Nador Court of First Instance has announced a public auction sale of an unregistered property on behalf of the heirs of Boukali Mohammed, in execution of a ruling by the Nador Court of Appeal.
The property is a building of about 240 square meters, located in a prime location in the center of Azghengan, with two facades, giving it significant real estate and commercial value.
The sale will take place on April 16, 2026 at 10 a.m.
at the Nador Court of First Instance, with a starting price set at 3,400,000 dirhams.
This procedure follows decision No.
814 of December 5, 2017 by the Nador Court of Appeal in the case between the heirs of Boukali Mohammed and those of Cherkaoui Mokhtar.
Interested parties can consult the file at the civil execution office and submit bids, with payment in cash or by certified check, plus 3% legal fees.
This opportunity is attractive for real estate investors in Azghengan.
