This candidacy builds on a long record of grassroots work: El Azzouzi is a member of the Nador municipal council and chairs its cultural, social, and sports committee, and has a clear footprint in the region's associative fabric.
He aims to combine municipal experience and social commitment to advance the province's development issues, with the motto of proximity and listening to citizens' expectations.
