The local office of the Democratic Justice Union in Al Hoceima expressed concern over what it called provocative practices by some deputy prosecutors at the first-instance court, interfering with the work of registry staff.
These practices include entering staff offices, asking about the identity of visitors, and instructing some to change their workstations.
The union says this disrupts administrative organization and creates confusion over responsibilities.
It also highlighted poor working conditions due to the dilapidated court building and cramped spaces.
It calls for respect for hierarchy and legal responsibilities, an end to these practices, and improved working conditions, insisting on institutional dialogue and staff dignity as a red line.
