New weekly shipping link between Nador and Setúbal

Dutch shipping company WEC Lines has launched a weekly service linking the port of Nador with the Portuguese port of Setúbal as of 10 September, with a crossing of about three days.
The route gives Moroccan exporters an additional gateway to Portugal, the Iberian Peninsula and European markets, with containers able to be redirected from Setúbal to northern European ports.
It includes refrigerated containers for perishable agricultural and food products, which could speed up the delivery of Moroccan exports.
The service strengthens Nador's position in the maritime trade network with Europe, as the region's logistics ambitions grow.
