Nador: Popular Movement enters election race led by Mohamed Boudou
As campaigning opens for the legislative elections set for 23 September, the Popular Movement is entering the race in the Nador constituency with a list led by businessman Mohamed Boudou, alongside Hassan Bourjel, who comes from the village of Arkman and belongs to the Moroccan diaspora, with backing from former MP Slimane Houliche.
The list presents itself as a team focused on closeness to citizens and listening to their concerns, emphasising economic and social development, support for investment, better basic services and defending the province's interests in Parliament.
The party says fielding an economic figure alongside a diaspora representative reflects its aim of linking local issues to the expectations of Moroccans abroad, especially in investment and job creation for young people.
The list urges voters to follow its programme and choose their representatives on the basis of competence and the ability to advocate for the region's concerns.
