The National Airports Office announced that Al Hoceima's Chérif El Idrissi Airport welcomed 23,255 passengers in the first quarter of 2026, up 5.1% from the same period in 2025.
International traffic reached 17,836 passengers, up 13.1%, while domestic traffic fell to 5,419 passengers, down 14.8%.
Aircraft movements rose 2.9% to 282.
In March alone, the airport received 6,397 passengers, down 13.1% from March 2025.
Nationally, Moroccan airports totaled 8,913,041 passengers by end of March, up 11.15%.
