Madyane Asks 6 Written Questions to Al Hoceima Municipality

Municipal councilor Zakaria Madyane of the Istiqlal Party has sent six written questions to the presidency of the communal council of Al Hoceima, requesting their inclusion on the agenda of the October 2026 session.
The questions address various issues, including the occupation of public domain and the lack of activation of the administrative police, the criteria for granting licenses for horse-drawn carts, the situation of seasonal workers, the contract for repairing potholes on roads, the fate of the agreement on the tasting fair with the association of café and restaurant owners, and the reduction of the tax on beverages.
