3 of the said commune, located in the province of Driouch.
In its decision, the court upheld the first-instance ruling issued by the Administrative Court of Oujda, which annulled the election of Hakim Ghalib, a member of the Istiqlal Party, meaning he loses the presidency of the commune.
The same court also upheld, during this week, the first-instance ruling stripping the secretary of the communal council, Mohamed Lemghari, also a member of the Istiqlal Party, of his membership.
In contrast, the court annulled the first-instance ruling regarding the second vice-president of the commune, Masrour El Arabi, who retains his membership.
