Al Hoceima's constituency is heading for a fierce electoral contest in the September 23 legislative elections, with experienced candidates competing for four seats.
The PAM renewed Mohamed El Hamouti's candidacy, the MP kept Mohamed El Araj, and the USFP reinstated Abdelhak Amghar.
Other parties field new faces: Istiqlal chose Mohamed El Hamoudani instead of Noureddine Moudian, RNI picked Karim El Boutahari, PJD Hanane El Maaroufi, UC Latifa Aabouth, PPS Mohamed Boudra, and the Left Alliance lawyer Yassine El Fassi.
These nominations reflect a clash between experience and renewal, with attempts to break into traditional strongholds.
