Nador hosts first Mediterranean forum for people with disabilities
The Mediterranean Basin Association for Civic Action in Nador is organizing, from September 5 to 7, 2026, the first Mediterranean Forum for People with Disabilities under the theme “Nador, Gateway to Social Solidarity.” The forum aims to exchange Mediterranean experiences and highlight best practices in economic and social empowerment for this group.
The program includes a scientific symposium on Saturday, September 5, at the exhibition hall of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Orient, with experts such as Mohamed Sbar, Amine Zkir, and Lina Baddouka from Spain, plus a tribute to artist Hami Zriab.
On the second day, a drawing workshop for children and horseback riding sessions for autistic children are planned at the “Ajyal Ghade Equestrian” club.
The third day is dedicated to a swimming session for children with special needs.
The invitation is open to media and civil society and human rights actors to cover this humanitarian event.
