The judicial police in Nador arrested three people, including two brothers, suspected of fraud.
They called victims, posing as bank employees, and tricked them into revealing bank details.
They then accessed accounts and withdrew funds.
Eight phones and transfer receipts were seized.
The suspects are in custody.
