Al Hoceima: 18-year sentence for kidnapping and sexual assault

The criminal chamber of the Al Hoceima Court of Appeal sentenced a defendant to 18 years in prison, with costs, for a series of serious offences.
The charges included aggravated theft involving a weapon, multiple perpetrators and a motor vehicle, alongside kidnapping, unlawful detention and threats of violence.
He was also prosecuted for violent sexual assault against a man and its attempted form, circulating a composite of the victim's statements and image without consent, and recording images in a private place.
Participation in threats to commit a crime, corruption and unlawful processing of personal data completed the charges.
