Fouzi Lekjaa, minister delegate for the Budget, unveiled at a party rally in Guercif a motorway project linking Guercif to Nador, described as a vital artery to ease the movement of people and goods and bring local actors closer to major logistics hubs.
He said opening the province to its coastal environment is decisive for attracting investment and widening the commercial fabric.
On health, he pressed for upgrading care facilities and narrowing territorial gaps.
Facing water stress, he proposed a two-track plan: expanding hill dams and studying a link to Nador's desalination plant.
He urged broad participation in the 23 September vote.
