RNI candidate in Nador launches campaign in Bni Chiker
Abdelhalim Foutat, list leader of the National Rally of Independents (RNI) in the Nador constituency, has launched his election campaign in Bni Chiker, his birthplace where he grew up before settling in Bni Ansar, whose communal council he chairs.
The tour included a visit to the weekly market, the town's alleys and public spaces, where he spoke with residents and listened to their concerns and the expectations of local stakeholders.
He also handed out campaign leaflets and presented the party's programme.
The RNI is counting on Foutat to secure one of the constituency's four seats, in a tight race against other candidates with electoral weight, notably Mohamed Abarkan of the USFP.
The candidate relies on a broad network of elected officials and activists across several communes of the province, targeting votes in Bni Ansar, Bni Chiker, Azghanghan, Bni Sidel Jbel, Bni Sidel Ouled, Ihadaden, Bni Bouifrour, Zaio and Nador.
