The Souane cultural association, together with the provincial education directorate of Nador and the Moroccan culture and English clubs of the high school in Souane's industrial zone, held a training day on Amazigh theatre on 6 April 2024.
Led by director and novelist Mohamed Bouzko and actor and screenwriter Ben Aïssa El Mestari, pupils performed scenes translated from English into Amazigh and received guidance on stage presence, sets and props.
Working with theatrical texts and choosing suitable Amazigh terminology were also discussed.
