Rights group warns over accidents on Azghanghan-Nador road

The Azghanghan branch of the Moroccan Human Rights League voiced deep concern over repeated road accidents on the route linking Azghanghan and Nador, especially the stretch near the cemetery, which it called a black spot.
The warning followed a collision that caused serious injuries.
The group noted that police intervention took more than an hour, while civil protection transported the victim.
It called for upgrading the stretch, installing signs and speed bumps, building a civil protection station in Azghanghan and strengthening the police district to match urban growth.
It said the right to physical safety is a non-negotiable constitutional right.
