Abdelrahmane Talbi, born in 1952 and retired since 2012, has died.
He served as head of the local communities division at the Nador province and was responsible for the passport office.
Relatives offered condolences to his wife, a former official at the Ministry of National Education, to his children Wiam, Ibtissam, Dounia and Mohamed, a dentist in Nador, and to his brothers Ahmed, Marzouk, Abdelhafid, Mustapha and Mohamed.
Burial will take place in Azennane Beni Bougafar after the midday prayer.
