The governor of Al Hoceima province, Fouad El Haji, chaired a meeting with the president of Abdelmalek Essaâdi University at the provincial headquarters to monitor progress on the Aït Kamra university complex and student housing, attended by relevant sectors, engineers, consultancy firms and contractors.
Completion rates were reviewed and coordination challenges discussed, with emphasis on meeting contractual deadlines and speeding up work.
The parties' commitments were recorded in an official report.
The university president then conducted a field visit to assess preparations for the 2026-2027 academic year, which will host the ENCG, EST and the law faculty.
Transitional arrangements were adopted for a smooth start.
