Ksar El Kebir: Solemn Funeral for Al Hoceima Police Officer with Security Arrangements

The city of Ksar El Kebir witnessed on Wednesday, September 9, the funeral and burial of a police officer who died in Al Hoceima, attended by military and civilian officials and a crowd of citizens.
The procession started from Lamzouri Mosque to Errahma Cemetery, in an atmosphere of solemnity.
A precise security plan was implemented to ensure the smooth flow of the mourners and maintain public order.
Police Lieutenant Rachid El Farkh, stationed at the Wilaya of Tétouan, was present to oversee these measures.
The operation highlighted the importance of field experience and professional training in organizing such events, emphasizing that police work goes beyond physical presence to include coordination, discipline, and respect for the human dimension.
