Suspect Arrested in Nador for Murder of Woman in Oujda

Security services in Nador arrested at dawn on Monday a 58-year-old man suspected of killing a 40-year-old woman in Oujda on Sunday evening.
The victim's body, found in the El Jorf neighborhood, bore two shotgun wounds.
The investigation identified the suspect, a Moroccan residing abroad, who was preparing to leave the country.
Two cartridge casings allegedly used in the crime were seized from him.
According to preliminary data, a prior relationship existed between them, but motives remain unclear.
The suspect has been placed in custody pending further judicial investigation supervised by the public prosecutor.
