Seizure of 100 grams of cocaine in the commune of Abd Ghaya Souahla

The elements of the territorial center of the Royal Gendarmerie of Akaouane, under the supervision of the new commander of the center, succeeded this Saturday in seizing a 4x4 vehicle in the commune of Abd Ghaya Souahla, in the province of Al Hoceima, carrying more than 100 grams of cocaine.
This operation is part of the ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and tighten the noose on networks active in the region.
It comes only about ten days after the seizure of a vehicle with falsified license plates carrying about 400 kilograms of hashish in the same area.
These operations reflect the strengthening of security control in the commune, under the directives of the regional and provincial command of the Royal Gendarmerie, in the framework of the fight against smuggling, trafficking and the use of vehicles with falsified plates.
