The National Institute of Geophysics recorded an earthquake of magnitude 4.2 on the Richter scale on Sunday morning, with its epicenter off the coast of the province of Driouch.
The tremor occurred at 8:32:16 a.m.
(GMT+1) at a depth of 15 kilometers.
The institute located the epicenter at 35.512 degrees north latitude and 3.588 degrees west longitude.
No damage or injuries were reported.
