Over 800 seedlings distributed to farmers in Ifarni commune, Driouch province

The association 'Perma Rif' distributed on Sunday more than 800 seedlings to about thirty farmers from the douar Aânkich and neighboring douars in the commune of Ifarni, Driouch province.
This initiative is part of the fifth edition of the reforestation program carried out by the association in partnership with the Dutch foundation 'Reforest'.
The operation aims to support sustainable agriculture, strengthen vegetation cover, and improve farm productivity.
Before the distribution, a delegation from the association visited the nursery of Mohamed Belarbi in the commune of Ijermouas, the main supplier of seedlings, where loading and transport were carried out.
The delegation also planted several trees in a field that will host an ecological farm under the second edition of the 'Food Forests' program.
The Dutch partners also learned about the subsistence farming practiced by local farmers.
