The National Airports Office announced that Al Hoceima's Chérif El Idrissi Airport welcomed 78,366 passengers during the first seven months of 2026, recording a 9.1% increase compared to the same period last year.
This growth is mainly due to international flights, which counted 61,188 passengers, up 12.8%, while domestic flights fell 2.2% to 17,178 passengers.
Aircraft movements also rose 4.1%, with 795 movements.
In July alone, the airport recorded 20,725 passengers, up 9.1% from the same month last year.
Nationally, passenger traffic at the Kingdom's airports reached 22,282,997 passengers, up 8.77%.
