Al Hoceima's Chérif El Idrissi Airport saw passenger traffic rise in the first seven months of 2026, welcoming 78,366 passengers by end of July, compared to 71,821 in the same period last year, a 9.1% growth.
This improvement is mainly driven by international flights, which attracted 61,188 passengers, up 12.8%, while domestic flights fell 2.2% to 17,178 passengers.
Aircraft movements also rose 4.1% to 795.
In July alone, passenger numbers reached 20,725.
Nationally, passenger traffic at the Kingdom's airports exceeded 22.2 million, up 8.77%.
