Nador Centre: fears of commercial stagnation after opening

After the official opening of Nador Centre, the commercial reality inside the center raises concerns about the weak turnout of owners to stock their stores and the lack of commercial activity.
Observers believe the stagnation is due to several factors, including declining purchasing power, rising costs and changing consumer behavior, but they hold the syndic office responsible for creating conditions of attractiveness, organization and communication with traders and owners.
Owners and traders are demanding clarifications on the criteria for opening the center despite a third of the stores not being equipped, as well as a clear program to revive commercial activity.
They point out that the center, rebuilt after more than a decade since its fire, needs effective management and a clear vision to avoid failure and slow death, and that the opening was just a beginning; the real test is its ability to become a vibrant commercial hub again.
