New appointments to senior police posts in decentralized services across several cities

The General Directorate of National Security announced new appointments to senior posts in decentralized police services in Casablanca, Settat, Laâyoune, Al Hoceima, Sidi Kacem, and Mohammedia.
The appointments, signed by Director General Abdellatif Hammouchi, cover 17 positions, including 13 heads of judicial police services in security zones under the Casablanca security prefecture, including the airport, port, and the regional zones of Mohammedia and Médiouna, following the upgrade of these units from brigades to services.
They also include the appointment of a head of the anti-gang brigade in Settat, a head of the security files and police information systems security service in Laâyoune, and two heads of administrative annexes in Sidi Kacem and Al Hoceima.
This move aims to inject new blood and rely on young, experienced security competencies to enhance citizen security and property safety.
