Health sector restructuring in Nador, Hassani hospital to specialize in oncology

The health sector in Nador province is undergoing a comprehensive restructuring, as the new regional hospital center in Selouane is about to open.
The Hassani regional hospital will dedicate about 60% of its capacity to cancer treatment and 40% to mental health, after approval from the Interior and Health ministries.
An emergency department will also be created at Hassani to receive urgent cases before referring them to Selouane hospital, ensuring functional complementarity and reducing pressure on medical services.
