The space of the 'Nador Sustainable 2026' fair hosted a round table titled 'Moroccans of the World: Opportunities and Challenges', organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Oriental in partnership with the Oriental Development Agency and the municipality of Nador.
Moderated by Dr.
Souad El Merabet, it brought together Moroccan talents residing abroad, entrepreneurs, and representatives of support institutions.
Participants discussed ways to strengthen investment in the Oriental region, challenges of access to financing, and simplification of administrative procedures.
Samir Jamri presented his experience in international trade from Russia, while Abdelbassat Kdar from Tamwilcom outlined available financing mechanisms.
The meeting concluded on the need to establish a permanent framework for communication between Moroccans abroad and institutions, launch a networking platform, and prepare a joint action plan to support investors.
