The Court of First Instance in Nador will hold a public auction for a registered agricultural plot located in the Aarid commune, Nador province, within the Mezouja tribe circle.
The plot covers more than 25,000 square meters, with a starting price set at 45,318,600 dirhams.
The session will take place on June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the court premises.
This operation is part of the execution of a court ruling, under the supervision of the execution department.
The court invites interested parties to contact the competent services for legal conditions.
The sale opens competition for those wishing to acquire this agricultural asset, considered an important real estate asset in the region.
