Campaign to plant 200,000 trees on Jbel Nador

Tunisian content creators, joined by members of parliament, have launched a national campaign to plant more than 200,000 trees on Jbel Nador in the Ghar El Melh area of Bizerte governorate.
The environmental initiative follows a fire that destroyed large stretches of forest.
Organisers set 25 October 2026 for the planting, calling on associations, local and regional authorities, public and private institutions and citizens to take part on the ground or provide logistical support.
The aim is to restore plant cover, raise awareness of reforestation and support sustainable development.
