Lakjaa: Guercif's development goes through Nador West Med port

Fawzi Lakjaa, member of the PAM political bureau and minister delegate in charge of the Budget, said that the development of Guercif province goes through strengthening its link with the Mediterranean coast and the Nador West Med port.
During a party meeting in the region, he described the Mediterranean coast as an important development area for Guercif, stressing the importance of better road links with Nador and the construction of a motorway connecting the province to this axis.
On health, he insisted on strengthening healthcare provision and improving services for residents.
On water, he outlined two paths: developing hill dams and mobilising available water resources, and studying the possibility of connecting Guercif to the Nador seawater desalination plant.
He called on residents to turn out massively in the upcoming vote.
