Associations and residents held a peaceful rally in Jaadar, Nador province, near a fuel station to protest repeated deadly crashes on the road leading to Azghanghan.
Participants demanded traffic-calming measures, adequate signage, pedestrian crossings and upgraded street lighting.
They held authorities responsible for the dangerous black spots, insisting the right to life cannot be postponed, and warned of further peaceful action if their demands go unanswered.
