Six Years in Prison and 20,000 Dirham Fine in Al Hoceima Drug Case
The criminal chamber of the first-instance court in Al Hoceima convicted a defendant for possessing and trafficking hard drugs, sentencing him to six years in prison and a 20,000-dirham fine, with costs and enforcement measures.
The court ordered the destruction of the seized drugs, the confiscation of a scale for the state property administration and the seizure of a sum of money for the public treasury.
Regarding the customs administration, the defendant was ordered to pay it 47,600 dirhams.
