PAM campaign in Al Hoceima stops at Zaouiat Sidi Abdelkader

The election campaign of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) in the Al Hoceima constituency continued its field stops on Thursday, 17 September 2026, with a visit to Zaouiat Sidi Abdelkader, in the presence of Khalid Aharchi, a member of the party's local list, as part of preparations for the legislative elections scheduled for 23 September 2026.
This momentum follows the press conference held by the party's provincial secretariat on 14 September, devoted to presenting the main axes of the electoral programme and reviewing the parliamentary record during the 2021-2026 term, with a focus on economic and social development, encouraging investment, supporting employment, strengthening infrastructure and improving public services.
On the record, funding was mobilised for 19 territorial communes under urban upgrading programmes, with a total envelope exceeding 371 million dirhams, alongside programmes to open up rural areas, develop tracks and supply drinking water.
The local list is led by Mohamed El Hamouti, with Khalid Aharchi among its members.
