University professor Mo'tamad Azkouagh is set to run in the upcoming legislative elections scheduled for 8 September 2021 in the commune of Selouane, in Nador province, representing the Popular Movement party.
He holds a doctorate in law from the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences in Oujda, obtained in 2018 with a thesis on the power of will in international commercial arbitration.
He teaches at the Multidisciplinary Faculty of Nador and has experience in research and training.
The Selouane constituency is seeing fierce competition among several parties, including the National Rally of Independents.
