For the 2026-2027 academic year, Al Hoceima province is opening three new higher education institutions: the National School of Commerce and Management and the Higher School of Technology, both with limited intake, and the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences, which has open access.
They expand the teaching offer and training prospects for students in the province.
They join the National School of Applied Sciences and the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques, while the university complex and student housing in Aït Kamra are still being completed.
As a transitional measure, ENSA and FST are hosting students of the two new schools, while the socio-sports complex accommodates those of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences.
Capacity stands at 120 places at the EST and 140 at the ENCG, while the faculty recorded more than 400 actual enrolments, with an additional quota for candidates from remote areas.
