At two campaign rallies in Guercif and Taourirt, Fouzi Lekjaa, minister delegate for the Budget and a leading PAM figure, promised a highway linking Guercif to the Nador West Med port, presented as a strategic axis bringing the province closer to the Mediterranean coast.
He also pledged to strengthen health services to reduce residents' need to travel for care, and to tackle water scarcity through hill dams and a possible connection to the planned desalination plant in Nador.
In Taourirt, he focused on regional disparities and rural areas, vowing to address rising prices if his party leads the next government, with 2031 as the target horizon.
