The Azghangane municipal council held its ordinary May session after two postponements due to a lack of quorum.
Members examined files on transport, urban planning, sports facilities and financial matters.
The council approved by majority the amendment of the traffic decision to improve flow on busy roads.
It also debated a request to acquire a 4,000-square-metre state-owned plot to build a station for large taxis, an item postponed to a later session.
The status of the indoor sports hall project was also discussed.
Proceedings took place in a tense climate over suspected irregularities being examined by a provincial commission and the Interior Ministry's general inspectorate.
