Three new industrial units have joined the Selouane park in fibres, detergents and cheese, while a fourth, in furniture, is preparing an investment of more than 60 million dirhams for 2027.
Earlier, Delta Hygiène chose the site for a plant aimed at bringing production closer to eastern and northern markets and cutting transport costs.
This momentum raises the question of whether the zone has reached the critical mass to move from serviced land to a genuine production hub.
For observers, the real indicators will remain the number of units actually operating, employment, exports and local purchases.
