Two people were taken on Saturday afternoon in a serious condition to the emergency department of the Mohammed VI regional hospital in Aït Youssef Ali, after an accident on National Road 16, known as the coastal road, in the Swani area of the Aït Youssef Ali commune, Al Hoceima province.
According to available information, the crash occurred after a violent collision between a car carrying the injured and a utility vehicle, causing injuries that required their rapid transfer to hospital.
The impact caused material damage to both vehicles, while the competent services attended the scene to secure the area and manage traffic, opening an investigation into the circumstances and possible responsibilities.
