Abdelrahmane Talbi, a prominent figure in the territorial administration of Nador province, has died at the age of 74, prompting deep sorrow among his family and colleagues.
Born in 1952, he served for decades within the province of Nador, notably heading the passport service and the department of local communities before retiring in 2012.
He was known for his competence, integrity and dedication.
He leaves behind a family whose members hold key positions in banking and medicine.
