Gendarme arrested over forged residence certificates in Selouane

A gendarme with the rank of adjudant, attached to the Selouane company, was committed to Selouane's local prison on Friday.
He was reportedly caught in the act of forging residence certificates by a commission from the regional gendarmerie inspectorate.
The documents had been seized by Nador police, who questioned their authenticity.
Following an investigation, the suspect was questioned by the judicial police on the orders of the public prosecutor and brought before the Nador appeal court to face charges in custody.
