Selouane association complains Kachadia 02 district excluded from upgrading works

The Kachadia 02 Development Association in Selouane, Nador province, has voiced its discontent over its district being excluded from parts of the project to restructure under-equipped neighbourhoods.
The project aims to provide several districts with a sewage network, paved sidewalks and asphalted roads, but the association notes that its district has benefited from neither the asphalting nor the paving.
After looking into the matter, it approached the president of the Selouane commune and then decided to file a complaint with the provincial governor, the city's pasha, the caid of the first administrative district and the director of the Al Omrane company in Nador, as well as a second complaint against the company carrying out the works.
