The Agency for Economic and Social Development of the Kingdom's northern provinces has launched technical studies to prepare rehabilitation and development projects in the commune of Bni Boufrah, in Al Hoceima province.
The planned projects include upgrading main roads, paving sidewalks, strengthening public lighting and building rainwater drainage channels.
They also cover public squares, green spaces, children's play areas and neighbourhood sports pitches.
The studies further include rehabilitating the Cala Iris campsite and building an annex to the weekly market under a metal structure.
