The city of Nador hosted, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the headquarters of the Sikoudil association, a training session for observers tasked with independently monitoring the legislative elections scheduled for September 23, 2026, at the initiative of the 'Associative Network for Election Observation'.
This workshop is part of the project 'Non-partisan Observation of the 2026 Legislative Elections', aimed at strengthening the capacities of observers to ensure professional, neutral, and unified observation.
The training covered the legal framework for election observation, principles of neutrality and responsibility, mechanisms for observing the electoral campaign, filling out observation forms, a simulation of polling day, and techniques for collecting and sending data via SMS.
The associative network for election observation has accumulated experience since 2002 in observing electoral processes, contributing to the consolidation of citizens' rights and ensuring freedom of choice.
