Halim Foutat, head of the list of the National Rally of Independents (RNI) party in the Nador constituency, filed his candidacy for the upcoming parliamentary elections on Monday morning with the competent services of the provincial prefecture.
The list includes, in addition to Foutat, Chouaib Ahannin, president of the Bni Chiker commune, as second, Mohamed Kadouri representing the Zaio area and its surroundings, and Benaisa Drah representing the communes of Bni Sidal, Iksan and their surroundings.
The composition of the list took into account the geographical dimension and representation of several areas and communes of the province to ensure broad presence.
This filing comes as political parties in Nador province continue their candidacy procedures, with further developments expected on the local political scene as the legislative elections approach.
