The communal councilor from the Istiqlal Party in the municipality of Al Hoceima, Zakaria Moudian, has submitted written questions to the municipality's presidency on six files, requesting their inclusion on the agenda of the next October session.
The questions concern public property, licenses for horse-drawn carts, seasonal workers, the contract for repairing potholes on roads, the agreement to organize a tasting fair, and the agreement regarding the modification of the tax decision on reducing the tax on beverages.
Regarding public property, he asked for clarifications about the occupation of sidewalks and public spaces during the summer and the role of the administrative police.
He also inquired about the criteria for granting licenses for horse-drawn carts and the respect for equal opportunities.
For seasonal workers, he asked about the criteria for benefiting from seasonal jobs and the nature of the tasks.
He also raised the file of the contract for repairing potholes on roads and streets, asking about the works carried out and their adequacy to needs.
The questions also covered the agreement to organize a tasting fair with the association of café and restaurant owners, and the fate of the agreement on reducing the tax on beverages.
These files await answers from the municipality's presidency during the next session.
