Dispute over exploitation of Rmod beach in Izmorn and calls for authorities to intervene

The beach of Rmod in the municipality of Izmorn in the province of Al Hoceima is at the center of a dispute over the exploitation of part of it, after an investor won a contract at a public auction.
The investor claims to have all the legal documents and permits, and to have committed to paying about 61 million centimes.
He complains that other people continue to exploit parts of the beach without respecting the legal procedure or paying fees.
He also notes that the court issued an eviction order, wondering why it is not being enforced.
This clarification comes in response to a video posted on social media in which an operator accuses him of having taken over the place.
The investor denies these accusations, saying he obtained the place legally and is a native of the region.
He calls for respect for the law and application of procedures to everyone, and has written to the governor of the province of Al Hoceima to ask for his intervention and justice.
He hopes that the authorities will intervene to end this controversy and restore legality.
