Nador's football club Fath Sportif is going through a delicate phase, as calls to change the current management model intensify.
A movement called "Fath 2030" is leading a campaign to collect members' signatures to call an extraordinary general assembly, arguing that the current board has failed to build a long-term sports project.
The movement claims that more than 60% of members supported the initiative, but the legal quorum was not reached.
It criticizes the lack of a clear strategy and weak consultation, and calls for restructuring the club on modern institutional and financial bases.
It also demands clear definition of powers and responsibilities and measurable performance indicators.
The movement insists it does not target specific individuals but seeks to change the management model, while respecting the legal path.
Its project includes returning the team to the second professional division and then to the first within a ten-year horizon, with emphasis on training local players and developing self-generated resources.
